Mr. Marmande is a south Louisiana native with twenty years of specialized experience in restoration projects including levees, mitigation planning, floodgates and environmental control structures, and beach/island restoration projects.

Mr. Marmande currently serves as the overall program management lead for the multi-billion-dollar Morganza to the Gulf – Hurricane Protection Project in Terrebonne & Lafourche Parishes. He provides daily supervision, oversight, and regulatory management for numerous ongoing project features.
