Mr. Rizzo is a Louisiana licensed professional engineer with thirty-one years experience in engineering, management, and construction. Mr. Rizzo has a diverse background with flood protection, drainage, hydraulic/hydrologic restoration, and dredging projects in south Louisiana.

He has specialized experience in engineering, design, and construction administration for channel dredging, drainage improvements, water control structures, shoreline protection, and bank line stabilization projects. His work experience includes design, feasibility studies, topographic surveys, construction management, mitigation planning, and project management.

Mr. Rizzo provides daily supervision and management of technical resources for numerous active projects.
