Mr. Kennedy is a Louisiana native and a licensed professional engineer and land surveyor with twenty years of engineering experience in the design and surveying of a wide variety of civil engineering projects.

He has specialized experience in the planning and design of flood protection and coastal restoration projects in south Louisiana. His background in data collection and analysis aids in development of scientifically defensible solutions to engineering projects.

His work experience includes grant applications, feasibility reports, damage assessments, hydraulic modeling, engineering design, construction management, topographic surveys, hydrographic surveys, technical reports, and permitting.
