Mr. King has 26 years of professional consulting experience in the Environmental field with an emphasis in biological investigations, ecological restoration and regulatory permitting and compliance.
His experience includes consulting on projects specific to oyster biology, standing crop analysis, cultivation, and general oyster industry practices, wetland delineations, Threatened and Endangered species surveys, colonial nesting bird surveys, ecological restoration and vegetative restoration.
Additionally, Mr. King has extensive experience in regulatory consulting, including Louisiana Department of Natural Resources Coastal Use Permitting, USACE Section 10, 404, and 408 permitting, LDNR scenic stream permitting, LDEQ water quality certification, and mitigation planning. Mr. King has also served as a subject matter expert and expert witness in cases involving oyster lease damages.
