The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government had outgrown their current facilities for their Public Works administration, Engineering, and Drainage Deportments. They also wanted to consolidate all of these departments in a single location. TPCG came to Delta Coast Consultants to design a new modern and efficient office facility to accommodate current staff and future growth.
The design of this project includes a new 7,400 SF office building with spaces for the Public Works Department administration staff, the Engineering Department staff, and the Drainage Department staff. The site development also included access controlled parking for staff and parking for visitors and the public. The office design has features to allow staff to return to the facility immediate after natural disaster to begin the process of restoring public services.
